After you have placed your order you will be informed by our support team with all the details of your order including shipping invoice, delivery notification and all relating aspects.
If not then it means your order has not been registered in our system. You are advised to contact us immediately through email in this regard to solve your problem.
We believe in fast and timely delivery. Our Delivery time falls among 7 to 9 working days. But in any case if your purchased product doesn’t received by you within the above mentioned delivery time. Immediately contact us within 24 hours to resolve your issue.
All of our products are originated from different parts of our overseas factories.
We always use best & world re-known courier services like DHL, FEDEX, UPS to ship our products securely, timely and lightning fast. We update customer through the tracking id provided by the shipping or courier service for the consignment or parcel dispatch by us in order to track your purchased product until it reaches to your destination.
In case you are not available then it is requested to instruct someone on behalf of you to collect & sign your consignment in order to avoid any mishap. Or kindly call the concern courier company we provided which is responsible for your parcel delivery to reschedule the delivery.
After dispatching your order we will send you a tracking code provided by the courier service for your convenience to track your order in order to be well informed by your purchased order movement.
If in any case your parcel has not been deliver to you within the delivery time mentioned above kindly inform us to contact courier service to inquire about your parcel delivery and resolve this issue.
Or we will further move to send you a new parcel accordingly.
