General Info:

We have always crafted our products very carefully in order to satisfy our valuable customers in every aspect whether it is design, stitching or an attachment of a single button so that our product looks more perfect and stylish. In any case if by chance the product we dispatch to our customer flops to fulfill customer expectations or possibly & incidentally it became damaged by mishandling of shipping carriers or any other factor then the following Return & Exchange policy will be applicable.

Damaged Product received:

We make our products very professionally and before dispatching we recheck the product through various quality control department, No matter if your purchased product received by you has been damaged during shipment mishandling or any other factor. You are strictly instructed that please inform our customer support team within 24 hours through email or any other communication means with the pix of damaged part of product. Then we’ll replace you a fresh product through our shipment expense.

We again thoroughly inspect every product through our q.c department we receive for return in order to confirm that whether the product is same that has been purchased by the customer from our website to make a decision for refund, return or exchange.

Sizing:

Our professional designer and cutter always make your purchased product according to your selected size through our given size chart table. But still if the product you ordered doesn’t fits well then you can contact our customer support team within 2 or 3 working days after receiving your product in order to resolve your size issue.

Note: We will not entertain any returns/exchanges of incorrect sizes after three days for standard and custom products. It is advised that please be careful and re-check your current body measurements or size before placing an order.

Color:

Color variations are also an issue customer faces it mostly happens due to the screen resolutions from different brands of cellphone or laptop companies. But still if you feel the color of product differs from the image you saw online then sent some pictures of the purchased products within 2 or 3 working days. We will replace your product according to your desired color or will refund your cash if your desire color will be not available in our stock.(Conditions may Apply)

Trial Products:

We do not fulfill any exchange or refunds on ordering products for trial purpose.

Cancellation of Order:

Any request for order cancellation will be entertained as per our policy given below:

Always confirm cancellation of your order within 2 or 3 working days after that you will have to face a flat 25% deduction from your given order’s paid amount.

If your cancellation falls within (7) working days excluding weekends then our policy impose us to deduct a flat 45% deduction as your order would have been entered in a completion process.

After (7) days no requests for cancellation of orders will be entertained.

 

Refunds:

 

Wrong/incomplete Address:

Customer are instructed or advised to avoid submission of wrong or incomplete address info in the billing or shipping address form. We have no responsibility of delivering order to wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer. We will not entertain any claims of refund, return or exchange in this particular case.

Moreover, still if customer doesn’t receive the product within 6 working days. Customer can track his/her parcel through tracking number of express shipping company which we always update or inform customer through email.

We will initiate full refund including shipment charges if we fail to prove that product purchased by the customer hasn’t been delivered to the address provided by the customer and was accurate as well.

We also make straight refunds in special case of delivery where we fails to deliver the product timely which is a specific period of 29 days starting from the time of final order confirmation of customer.

Postage and Packaging:

Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable and relative shipment cost of return will be bear by the buyer.
